Ingredients:
3 pieces sweet cornbread, cut into 3-inch squares
Butter
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 apple, thinly sliced
3/4 lb. Rostello Roasted Turkey,
thinly sliced

Directions:
1. Cut each cornbread square in half horizontally. Spread cut side with butter. Toast, cut side down, until golden brown.
2. To make spicy cranberry mayonnaise combine cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, green onions, mustard and horseradish.
3. Spoon 1 tablespoon cranberry mayonnaise onto each cornbread piece. Top with apple slices, turkey and remaining cranberry mayonnaise.
