Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Fiorucci Pancetta or
sliced bacon
4 burrito-size wraps, 8-inch diameter,
spinach flavor
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb. Rostello Roasted Turkey,
thinly sliced
Boston lettuce leaves
4 small Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil; add pancetta and cook over medium heat until crisp. Remove and crumble; set aside.
2. Place wraps on cutting board. Combine cheese and mayonnaise; spread evenly over 1 side of each wrap, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Layer turkey, pancetta, lettuce, tomato and avocado evenly over each wrap. Roll up wraps; cut in half diagonally.
