Ingredients:
Crusty bread, 2 slices
Balsamic vinaigrette brushed on
inside of each slice of bread
Rostello Roasted Ham, 2 slices
Crumbled goat cheese, 1 ounce
Roasted red pepper strips
3/4 cup baby spinach tossed in
additional vinaigrette
Vinaigrette*:
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Pinch salt
To make vinaigrette, whisk together mustard and vinegar. While whisking, drizzle in oil and whisk until emulsified. Add salt.
