B&B Rostello Bistro Ham Cups
For a quick breakfast, line greased muffin cups with thin slices of Rostello Bistro Ham to cover muffin cup. Add one egg to each cup and season to taste. Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes or until egg is desired doneness. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Rostello Bistro Ham & Pineapple Pizza
Make a pineapple ham pizza using a 12-inch purchased pizza crust. Drizzle with olive oil and top with sliced roma tomatoes to cover crust. Top with half an 8 oz. package of shredded mozzarella cheese, torn slices of Rostello Bistro Ham, drained slices of canned pineapple and thin slices red onion. Top with remaining cheese. Season with dried oregano leaves and crushed red pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake according to pizza crust directions.
Cheesy Pimiento & Rostello Bistro Ham Sandwich
Add zip to a pimiento cheese sandwich! Add a touch of Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to your favorite pimiento cheese. Spread cheese on rye bread and top with thin slices of Rostello Bistro Ham and rye bread. Brush bread lightly with olive oil and grill until bread is golden brown and sandwich is heated through.
Warm Rostello Bistro Ham & Apple Sandwich
For an easy open face sandwich spread a slice of toasted peasant bread with mustard; layer with slices of Rostello Bistro Ham and thin slices of Granny Smith apple. Top with sharp Cheddar cheese and broil until melted. Cut into quarters and top with apple chutney.
Quick Rostello Bistro Ham & Pasta Salad
To make a quick pasta salad combine your favorite cooked pasta (such as rotini) with 1/8-inch slices of Rostello Bistro Ham cut into 2-inch julienne strips. Add grape tomato halves, chopped fresh mozzarella, quartered calamata olive, chopped roasted red pepper, sliced green onion and a dollop of pesto. Toss with your favorite Italian salad dressing.
Brie & Rostello Bistro Ham Bites
For an easy appetizer, spoon diced Rostello Bistro Ham into the bottom of mini fillo shells. Top each with a small piece of brie cheese and sprinkle with brown sugar and toasted sliced almonds. Bake at 350°F 8-10 minutes or until filling is hot.
